A Bit About Mackenzie
I am a mental health counselor intern in my final year of clinical training at Wichita State
University, with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and psychology from Concordia
University in Seward, Nebraska. I am committed to providing empathetic support to clients
facing mental health challenges.
I believe in the resilience and strength within everyone. My counseling philosophy is to create a
safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, understand their behaviors,
and develop coping strategies. I aim to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve
their well-being.

I also have a strong interest in sports performance psychology, driven by my years in athletics. I
am fascinated by the mental aspects of athletic performance and believe psychological
strategies can greatly enhance athletes' success in all areas of life.
