A Bit About Linda
Linda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 17 years of experience in the mental health profession working with adults, couples, families, and groups.

The experience of grief can be overwhelming, isolating, and confusing. Linda specializes in grief/loss/trauma/PTSD/suicide. Linda’s professional work addresses the individual needs of those experiencing Anger Issues, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Chronic Impulsivity, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, and Sexual and Identity Issues. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Systems Approach, and Strength Based.
