Although insurance is always billed first if available, you are encouraged to contact your insurance company to ask questions about your plan as there may be out of pocket fees such as co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, etc.

Fees for most therapy services are based on a 55-minute time slot. If your insurance plan determines that you are needing to fulfill your deductible or are out of network with our services, then you will be responsible for the entire therapeutic rate.
